HOUSE MOVE:


Let us unpack and organise your belongings before you even move in, allowing you to immediately feel at home in your new surroundings.

PAPERWORK:


It can feel like a never ending task and be quite overwhelming to tackle. We can categorise and file your paperwork either electronically or manually and create a system that means you will never find yourself drowning in paperwork again. 

LOCATIONS:

Surrey, Hampshire, London, Sussex, Berkshire and surrounding areas (may be subject to additional travel costs).

PRICING:

£40 per hour.

A minimum of 4 hours.

Deposit of £50 required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable but will be subtracted from your total invoice. 

Gift vouchers are available on request. 

OTHER EXPENSES TO CONSIDER:

There is no obligation to purchase additional storage solutions. However, Just Sort It may recommend products that would enhance the overall aesthetic or maximise storage space. This will be discussed with you prior to the work commencing but may also be revisited during the process. 

Travel up to 45 minutes is included but there may be a charge thereafter which will be discussed with you at the time of booking. 

 

FAQ:

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

There are a number of factors that affect how long the process will take, including the number of belongings you have, your readiness to declutter, the space we are working with and your desired end result/aesthetic. 

Prior to the day, we will either do an in-person visit or request photographs of the room(s) to be taken. We will then have a 15-30 minute call to discuss the above variables, which will then allow us to estimate the time needed to complete the result you desire. 

We have the option to cap time and costs based on your budget, and will then work with you to ensure your personal priorities are met. 

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If you have a budget in mind, we can discuss capping the time we spend with you and agree on the areas you would like to prioritise. 

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Once you have contacted us we will either arrange an in person visit or request photographs of the space you want us to transform. We will then book in a 15-30 minute consultation to discuss estimated time required, budget, storage solutions (if necessary), a date that works for you and what will happen on the day. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, prior to inviting us into your home. 

 

DO I NEED TO BE THERE?

Ideally, yes. We want to start by decluttering your items, getting rid of anything that is no longer servicing you and we can’t do this without you. After this, we would like to have you around for any questions but this is not essential and we have worked with many clients who have not been present/available during our entire visit. 

 

THE AREA I WANT YOU TO WORK ON CONTAINS CONFIDENTIAL PAPERWORK AND/OR ITEMS. CAN I GUARANTEE YOUR DISCRETION?

Lottie has a background in financial services where she deals with highly confidential information. She is up to date with GDPR and ICO requirements and will treat anything she or her team come across with complete confidentiality. 

 

WILL IT JUST BE LOTTIE?

Depending on your requirements, we will discuss whether the job is better suited to more than one professional organiser. Some projects or rooms may be completed more efficiently with 2 or more individuals working together. Just Sort It have other organisers that represent them, who work with Lottie regularly, and are covered under our insurance policy.
